- A game that does not load or looks wrong on your screen
- Questions about the rules, the odds, the age check or the break reminder
- Privacy questions or a request about an email you sent us
- Anything hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader
We cannot help with
There are no accounts, payments or balances held by us, so there is nothing of that sort to sort out. If you are out of coins, use the reset button in any room. We also cannot answer questions about property: we are not a real estate business.
