These terms apply when you use envorealty (envorealty.com). By using the site you confirm you are 20 or older and understand that the games are for entertainment only.

1. The site

envorealty provides three free social casino games made by us. The coins in them are fictional. They have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, cashed, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or rewards of any kind. There are no in-app purchases, we accept no payments and we do not offer gambling. Despite the name, we do not offer any real estate services.

2. Eligibility

Only adults aged 20 and over may use the site. The games contain simulated gambling. If you are under 20, do not use the site.

3. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, copy it at scale or use it for anything unlawful. The games are provided as they are for casual entertainment.

4. Our games

The games, artwork, text and code belong to envorealty. Results are random and predict nothing, including outcomes in real-money gambling.

5. No warranty

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but cannot promise it always will be. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. Because the site is free and sells nothing, we are otherwise not liable for any loss from using it, to the extent New Zealand law allows.
